Koch Global Capital, LLC was established in 2005 as a fixed income asset management company dedicated to the structure finance securities market. The company’s business objective is to model, structure, issue and manage CDOs in accordance with credit rating and investment guidelines.

Based in Scottsdale, Ariz., Koch Global Capital operates as an asset manager of collateralized debt obligations (“CDOs”). CDOs are securitized interests in pools of both cash and synthetic securities and derivative structures. The company is currently focused on CDOs that include pools of residential mortgage-backed securities, commercial mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities and other CDOs.
